Educational Pathways is committed to protecting and safeguarding your right to privacy. As part of this commitment, we will disclose how and when we will use your personal information you provide to us. We will use your personal information only in accordance with this privacy policy.

Data Collection about Educational Pathways’ Clients
When a person hires our consulting services, we will typically request personal information. We retain this information solely for the purpose of doing our consulting work in an efficient and effective manner that best serves those who come to us for help. We keep this information only for as long as we deal with you, or for as long as the law may require us to keep it, whichever comes first. Educational Pathways uses the personal information that you provide to us for such purposes as responding to your requests and communicating with you (e.g. providing you with e-mails, or other information you request).

We also may automatically collect general anonymous information related to your use of our website, such as the date and time you visit the Site and the pages you visit on the Site as well as collecting "cookie" information from your browser to identify your computer and provide us with a record of your visits to our Site (collectively, "Usage Data"). Educational Pathways shares your personal information, only with your consent, on a confidential basis with third party service providers that we have retained to perform work on our behalf (e.g. psychologists, etc.). These service providers are not authorized to use or disclose this information for any purpose other than to perform services on our behalf.

We will maintain your personal information in secure data storage to safeguard it from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it remains necessary or relevant for the purposes stated above or as required by law. We take every precaution to protect the privacy of all emails we receive. Due to the nature of the internet, email could theoretically be intercepted by a third party while in transit across the internet. Unless expressly permitted by Educational Pathways, no material obtained from or through this Site may be reproduced in any form. Educational Pathways makes no representations or warranties with respect to the accuracy or completeness of the contents of this Site. Educational Pathways shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site. The information set forth on this Site is intended for use by residents of Canada.
